CBG works closely with its client companies to add value to their employee benefits program. To do so, we know it's important to understand the company's business objectives and corporate culture, so we can work within it.

One of the first steps we take is to conduct a review and analysis process, in which we typically study a company's:

  • business objectives
  • plan benefits and funding
  • employee benefits communications
  • HR strategy and services

 

 

We then try to develop a benefits strategy that meets the specific financial, risk, communication and customer care needs of the corporate company and its employees. We can deliver on this strategy through the cooperative relationships we maintain with financially strong providers, who are also committed to our clients' benefits success.

Our work does not end there, however. At CBG, we also realize that it is important to establish clear and concise objectives at the onset, so we can measure progress and results ongoing. We have learned that "customer care" represents the voice of the employees -- and provides our client companies with a tool to measure satisfaction results in pre-determined key areas.
